Restricting printing of a form in Reader

I'm using LC Designer 8.0, and I'm very new to using Designer. I'm trying to make a form that I have created only able to print when the entire set of user required fields have been filled in. I know it's possible because I came across a form that had that restriction a couple years ago, but I can't find it to figure out how the designer made that happen. I'm using a print button if that makes any difference to the process. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

You can not do this. The best you can do is to run a script within the will print action and mark the form in some manner that the form is incomplete.
