Release dates for older versions of Form Server

Hi all,



I have a pretty "easy" question for your out there. I would like to know a little bit of background of the older versions of the Form Server. So if any of you know (or knows where I can find) some dates for the releases of the following older versions of the FOrm Server I would really appreciate it.



- Form Server 3

- Form Server 5

- Form Server 6

- Form Server 7
