Radio button Style Troubleshooting

I've changed the field from a checkbox field to a radio button; I've selected "Style" as Check, but when I view in pdf preview, it shows a cross. I've selected different ones and none are in the format that I selected.

Paula, what version of Acrobat\Reader are you using? Is this a new form created from scratch in Designer?<br /><br />If you go to the XML source, can you verify you see this syntax on your radiobutton. <br /><checkButton mark="check">

When I create a barcode in Livecycle 8.0, the assigned barcode number shows below the barcode when I save it as a PDF. When I save it as an EPS, however, the number turns to gibberish and it's impossible later on to verify whether or not the barcode has been updated. Any ideas?
