Prefill Attachments

How can I prefill attachments in a form.My requirement is like that suppose there are 3 attachments to be done on the form,one of them is already present in the database.I want to prefill that one alomg with the data which I prefill.The user must be able to attach the other files and submit.

There are server based products that will allow you to manipulate your PDF before delivery (including adding attachments). Adobe's offering is called LiveCycle ES and the specific piece that does attachments is called Assembler.
