LiveCycle Designer 8 - Text Boxes

Avatar

Not applicable
I create a form with text boxes that may have multiple lines of text entered in them.

I see where in the "Field" section properties for that text box I can check the box that allows mutiple lines and limit lenght to visible area.

However every time I test the forms the cursor always starts out in the middle of the text box where the user starts to type and fill out infomraiton. Is there a way to force that cursor to start at the top of the text box instead of the middle?

Thanks.

This option can be set in the paragraph formatting window. Highlight the field you want to format > select the format either top, center or bottom.
