Life Cycle Designer, dynamic captions for multi language forms not saving

Working in Life Cycle Designer with a form. Using .xsd for a data connection, binding the items in the data view with elements in the form, specifying the associated xml with the form in form properties. Doing a Preview PDF - I can see the dynamic captions, from multiple xml files (different languages)... how do I save the resulting file? Publishing to a Repository does not bring the dynamic captions to the saved file ... been diggin for an answer, but I'm obviously missing something. Help please!

I found the answer. Life Cycle Designer allows you to only test importing the .xml into the form. I used the Adobe XML/PDF Access API for Java to write the import and save functionality. Very nice, straight forward - refer to the developers guide.
