Image Field won't recognize JPGs

Hello! I put an Image Field on the form I created. When I test it, it will only recognize bitmap (.bmp) files but not jpg. Is there a solution to this as jpg is what is mostly used? I did notice that this problem occurs when using Reader but didn't when using Acrobat Professional.

I just tried it and it worked fine ..... could it be your jpg file?

I tried once more and still the samething however, you may be correct. The file may be corrupt.

Double check the list of supported images. If the JPEG is CMYK (rare, but I just saw a case) that's not supported. You'll need to use RGB JPEG files. You can have this converted to CMYK later in the workflow.
