Image Distortion

I am working on a form for our office that needs to have different clients details and logo on it before printing. When adding the clients logo on about 50% of the logos they become distorted and out of proportion.



I have "Scale Image Proportionally" selected but it does not seem to be working.



Does anyone have any ideas? or solutions?

If you use the original size there should be no distortion at all.

When selecting use original size the logo is actually bigger than the. The box also has to facilitate the use of multiple logos.

Well if you change the size to fit in the box then you have to expect some distortion to occur .... unless you make all images the same size.

I have an identical problem, and the picture is distorted independent on what settings I select. An identical document with identical settings made in CS2 is OK, but in CS3 all settings give a distorted picture. Is there a CS3 bug??
