Image change on Selection

Can someone help me with this...

I am wondering if it is possible to have an image change on the selection of a drop down menu, and if so how do I accomplish it?

i.e.

Drop down selection 1, would select image 1

Drop down selection 2, would select image 2

and so on...

Thanks for any help

Hey Aaron,

The guys have supplied a nice little example, linked to buttons:

http://partners.adobe.com/public/developer/en/livecycle/designer/DisplayingImages.zip

The basics are an "Image" object for each image to be displayed, the drop-down then calls the newImage on change in reference to the value of the drop-down.

ie. Value from drop-down = 3

var myListVal = myList.rawValue;

newImage.rawValue = xfa.resolveNode("StaticImage"+myListVal).value.image.value;

should do the trick

Is this only for Acrobat/Lifecycle 8.0? I tried this in Acrobat/Lifecyle 7.0 and get an error.

Specifically, it tells me "StaticImage1.value.image.value" does not have a "image.value" value.

Did anyone already figure this out?!

I'd like the same effect, but I've got not just one but lots of values of different drop down menu's that I would like to make visible trough images in stead of just the values.

Oh...and I'm using V7.0
