I need to validate all fields before a file is printed - i found a very useful example that goes through the elements by

xfa.layout.pageContent(nPageCount,"field");

but that does not work in my case (i don't know why - i get the error that xfa.layout has no properties) and i need a working solution soon. could anyone help me? i'd also be glad about every useful website to get such information - it seems as if all knowledge is only avaliable in books or workshops...
