I have an application using LiveCycle Designer 8 forms.
99% of the time it works great.
But about 1% of the time users get a Security Warning error.
"The document is trying to connect to file:///C|Documents and Settings/ ...If you trust the site, choose Allow. If you do not trust the site, chose Block."
Users tell me it doesn't matter which choice they make - they still lose their data in the form they were trying to submit.
Also - while in the html part of the ap the brower reports it's in the Internet. But when a fillable PDF form hits the browser, the zone goes to "unknown."
Have you seen this error? Do you have any suggestions to prevent it?
Tech detail: Users complete the document in IE6 with an Adobe Reader plugin, then submit its fields as XML data with UTF-8 data encoding. I did not check the Sign Submission dialog question in Designer 8's "Submit to URL" dialog box.
Any light you can shed on this would be appreciated!
