I just emailed out a form and some people are able to submit the form without a problem and some cannot send or save the form. When the users hit send or try to save the form, all the data erases.
I am having a similar problem. When the form gets saved - some of the information disappears. Is there a setting that I should be making sure is set so this doesn't keep happening?!?
I created a form using Adobe Live Cycle Designer, it's compatible with version 7.0 till latest version, however version 6 doesn't allow to save data in form.
