Form layout/master page question

We're converting a form from Word to PDF and I'm not sure how to lay it out. The first page is single column portrait mode, but the following pages are 2 column. It seems like setting that up involves 2 different master pages-- one single column, and 1 double column but I'm lost. Any help greatly appreciated! TIA.

If you create multiple Master Pages ....the 1st one will be used as the default. Then when you add a new Page to the form, you can indicate which Master page to associate with the page. This is found on the Pagination tab of the page level subform.
