Form generate no attachment with my mail

Hello all.



I as newbe have designed an form in livecycle 8.



My problem is that as i submit by email i get no warning wich emailclient has te be used.

But my hotmail wil start up and the form will make a email with everting in it exept the pdf attachement.



I did try everting what i could find here on the forum but noting works.



Olso with a other form in PDF what i not designed, works evertyting well.



Please help.

Do you have other mail clients on your machine? Which button did you use to set up the email submit?

Hi Paul.



I don't have any other email clients on my pc.

But i tested the form at my company with outlook and there its works fine and it generate a pdf attachment.

For the button I tired all the 4 possibilities.



It is strange that the form that i not designed works like it shoot be on my pc.



A other question is now how can i lock my pdf that i send.

I did read your posts of the script that you posted.

But as you already say i don't now how to implemended in my xml code.

Did you say that your email client is HOtmail? If so then there is no api available to call hotmail from inside of Reader/Acrobat. You have no choice but to save the file and attach it by hand.



Regarding your second question I can provide a sample if you want to post your email address.
