Prior Foreclosures.   --  If YES,  I want  How many?  to be visible.

Ever filed bankruptcy?    --  If YES  I want  When?  to be visible.

Page 2.  Have you been recently denied credit?  -  If YES,  I want the dropbox to be visible.

For dynamic behaviour, like setting the presence property, you need to save the form as a Dynamic XML Form:

Should then work okay.
