Expand a field in real time

I have a 10 fields wrapped in a subform. I've set all fields to Expand-to-Fit and Allow Multiple Lines.



I need all fields in the row to expand to the height of the field that contains multiple lines. It currently works, kinda, with some script I've placed in a fields Exit method yet I have to exit the multi-line field twice for the remaining empty fields to adjust.



On the first exit, the field with the multiple lines adjusts it's height. The remaining fields don't. If I exit the multi-line field again, then the blank fields adjust.



Idealy, all fields will adjust in real time without the vertical scroll bar. The goal is to enter multiple lines in any field and all the empty fields height adjust to match the multi-line field.



Sure could use some help here.
