I am trying to build a 1-page form that will be locked on signing, with the exception of 4 fields at the bottom of the form where the recipient of the form must enter text. That is not a problem. My problem is: When text is entered after the form is signed, a caution icon appears by the signature. How can I add text to a signed form without Reader interpreting it as modifying the form?
