It looks like there is a authentication conflict between the email with attachments service and your SMTP server. If your SMTP server requires authentication then your LiveCycle process must be configured to provide the user id and password. If that is the case, you can either configure each email service instance with authentication properties or you can configure the email service component with authentication properties.
