Error While Converting .doc to .pdf

Hi

While executing the code for converting the .doc to .pdf i am getting a error saying illegal state exception. Error is been thrown at pdfGenClient.createPDF(inDoc,inputFileName,fileTypeSettings,adobePDFSettings,securitySettings,null,null);

Did you installed both MS Word and Acrobat on the server. You also need to set environment variables. Can you attach the exception?
