Error 471:The PDF service was not found

Hi,



This is the first time we are using LiveCycle Reader Extensions and we have the following Error:



An Error Has Occurred

Error 471: The PDF service was not found: 'javax.naming.NameNotFoundException'.



We installed the product and the installation was completed successfully, but once we tried to access http://localhost:8080/ReaderExtensions/index this error appeared.



We are using JBOSS.



Does anybody know how to solve the problem?

It sounds like it wasn't installed and deployed properly. Are you getting any exceptions on startup?

Hi Chris,



Thank you very much for your reply.



I dont have any errors or exceptions on startup and I checked the log files and there are not errors regarding the reader extensions. Should I look somewhere else?

Should I reinstall the entire application?
