Dynamic Form Does Not Work

I have created a dynamic form using LiveCycle Designer 8.0 that has multiple pages. On one page is a regular button with javascript written to email the form with some pages hidden and others visible. I open up the form I created using LiveCycle in Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional and enable user's rights.



It works wonderful on my computer, however, when other personnel use the form it does not seem to recognize any of the presence javascript. ALL the forms are visible.



What am I missing in order to get this dynamic form to operate on other personnel's computers properly?

Some more information that may be of interest:



Developed the form on my local computer and saved it with user's rights enabled on my computer. I then sent this form to another co-worker to try out via email. All seems to work well, except the fact that the presence javascript used to hide subforms before sending email does not work.
