Thank you so much for responding! My form has a vascular test drop down menu and a diagnosis drop down menu. The criteria is that for each "test" ordered, there must be at least one diagnosis but only up to 4 diagnoses; and only 3 tests can be ordered.
I've looked at that before, and was able to get it to work, however in Thom Parker's example, let's say I choose "clutch" in the "Assembly" column and then in the "Part" column I choose "Plate 1" What if I want to also choose "Plate 2" but I don't want to have to choose "Clutch" again?
Using Thom Parker's example, my "add" button will add the row along with the populated information. however, I want to add a SECOND button, such that I can choose the second "part" without having to select the "Assembly" again. (so that is where I'm stuck at) I need both "add" buttons to be there.
