Create A Field Template?

I would like to create a "Field Template".



For instance I need to create many forms with multiple text fields that share the same attributes (font size, border color, javascript, etc). Is there some way to create a "template" so that each time I create a new instance of the text field object it already contains these common properties?

Have you looked in 'Help' for adding fields to the "Custom" tab in the Library palette?

Searched help for a half hour before finding it... (help isn't always helpful if you don't know what keyword to search for).
