Controll over task assign

Hi,



I've a process with many Task Assing in different Gatway Branchs.

This gatway is set: and - waith, but is possible that one or more of these task assign will never completed



there is a way to relpace user assinged in a task with another user to comlplete to do list of all gatway branch?



Shared queue and escalation aren't good solutions because original user can lock his task assing and in this case the process'll be stopped

You can use the adminui and re-assign task that are "stuck" in a person's worklist to another person.



Would that be a solution?

No, i can not use the adminui. I can only use Workbanch and Workspace.



Other solutions?

I have a custom component which will let you re assign tasks from one user to another using workflow.using this you can easliy solve your problem

We have an Extension to Workspace that allows an administrator to re-assign tasks from one user to another.
