Compiling FDS Projects

I have just begun using FDS with Flex...



When creating an FDS project there is an option to choose
between



'Compile application locally in Flex Builder'

or

'Compile application on the server when the page is viewed.'



What is the advantage of one over the other? What kind of FDS
apps should I compile locally? What ones should I compile when
first viewed?

First off, compile locally if you DO NOT want your source
code to be open source.



People can download your mxml file if you compile on the
server.
