Comments and Markup of Published Form

Am I totally off base or should I be able to do comments and markup on a published form?



I have a form which has several images on it I need customers to be able to draw a line on for a cut. Whenever I attempt to do markup however, I receive the message that the form is interactive and I can not do markup.



What am I missing?

Not on a LiveCycle Designer form. The form would need to be created in Acrobat.
