Chat scrolling needs to stick at bottom

Whenever I use the Water Cooler, the scroll for the chat starts at the top which means I have to scroll down each time there's a new message. This make using chat rather tedious.

Side comment - you might want to include a visual indicator of the type of pop up you're getting. For example, you could use a water cooler in the message to visually represent a water cooler pop up.

Thanks for the feedback. We'll look into changing the toast icons.

We'll also see if we can the scroll bar be at bottom by default.
