Cascading Drop Down Lists

I need to add a form where choice from one drop down list determines which of the half a dozen other drop down lists be exposed for the selection and so on in a hierarchical fashion.



Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

There is an example that ships with Designer:



install directory/EN/Forms/Samples/Purchase Order/Dynamic Interactive/Forms



Look at the country and province/state fields.
