Cascading Drop-Down List?

Not applicable
I don't know if it's possible or not, but I figured I'd throw it out there. What I'd like to do is have the user pick a country from a list. Then a new list will be available with the cities only in the selected country. Once the city is selected, the form should populate the field with a location number, city, and country (ex. "1 - Seattle, Washington" or "552 - Downtown Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada"). The only thing that should print in the form for this field should be the selected location like in the 2 examples. Is this even possible?
