Can no longer Merge xml data into original pdf

I created a form in Acrobat 8 for submission via email (Submit by Email button) that would send an xml file back to me, then I would Merge the data to the original pdf file and save the document. Well I since upgraded to 9 and I guess it no longer works that way anymore?? Why did they have to mess up a good, easy thing? So how am I supposed to do this now?

How are you doing the merge?

By going to Combine > Merge files into a Single PDF. It's the only method I could find in this version. But it doesn't allow me to select an xml file to combine.

Try the menu option Forms/Manage Form Data/Import Data.
