Attach file to form (but in XML)

I would like to attach file to form. I cannot use normal PDF attachment, because I submit data using webservice and my XML Schema "has place" for attachments.

Of course I can use ImageField, but user can only add files to it. The export is blocked (or I don't know how to do this)

So my question is: any ideas? :)
