amf 0 VS amf 3

I started to look into AMF, on adobe onesource site, it says
: AMF 0 specification and AMF 3, my question is what is the
diference and whihc one should I use?

Use amf3,

it's faster then amf0 due to better compressing ... don't
know details though.
