in my form i open an alert after the user has signed a pdf document to confirm the correct completion of the task. The customer is complainig about having to click the alert ok button. There's an alternative way to show the message and close the message box after some time (something like after a timer has elapsed) or the only solution is to remove the alert?
The only way to close the message box, that I am aware of, is for a user to click a button (OK, OK/Cancel, Yes/No, or Yes/No/Cancel). I would be reluctant to enable script to manipulate actions intended for users.
