Well, I don't know alot about ActiveX (well, I avoid it like
the plague if I'm honest), but you could float an IFrame in the
html wrapper then use an embed tag in it.
I think it's very, very unlikely that you will ever be able
to interact with ActiveX in any way other than what is possible
through floating frames and using the AJAX bridge to send messages
via javascript.
Flash is cross platform and ActiveX is a Windows thing, so I
imagine it will not be a high priority to get them talking
directly. But maybe I'm wrong, I'm just basing this on my
assumptions.
