I want to create a simple workflow as follow:
1. Customer fills the needed details.
2. Customer submits the filled form by email.
3. Form should be shown in the "To Do" section of the workspace (email endpoint).
4. A verifier fills up some more fields and clicks Submit (or "Complete") button in the workspace to forward the filled form to the approver.
5. Approver can reject the form so that it will go back to the verifier or approve the form where the workflow gets completed.
Anyone please tell me the brief explanation of how to achieve that? And what are the processes (in workbench) should I use to accomplish this task?
