Test Adobe IMS User Management API

Avatar

Level 1

Hi,

We have the Adobe Experience Cloud with products including Adobe Campaign, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics etc.

We intend to integrate Adobe IMS via user management API to manage and automate the user provisioning, update and query etc. However while we are to develop such API integration, we should not use the lived / production Adobe IMS to test, which could impact the existing users.

Wondering any Adobe IMS sandbox environment I could use to connect to test the user management APIs and integration. Seek kindly the advice.

regards,

Zhenlong

Hi @LiZhenlong ,

Adobe offer a sandbox environment for testing purposes, called the Adobe Experience Cloud Sandbox.

This environment includes a replica of the Adobe Identity Management System (IMS) that can be used to test API integrations without impacting live users. You can use this sandbox environment to test your user management API integration, including provisioning, update, and query functionality.

To access the sandbox environment, you will need to request access through the Adobe Developer Console and then configure your integration to connect to the sandbox IMS endpoint.
