Why CJA Device Type returns "No Value"

In my CJA workspace my Device Type report has a few "No values". What causes this?

This can happen if:

• Data is being ingested from a source that doesn't provide device details (e.g., server-to-server API hits, batch uploads, offline data).
• During data view setup in CJA, if Device Type wasn’t properly mapped or defined, CJA won’t know how to interpret that field. Or, the field was left unmapped and CJA creates a dimension but doesn't populate it.
