Hello everyone,
I have a couple of questions related to Reaction events in AJO Journey. The reaction event in my journey is unable to performing the evaluation though i have opened my initial email it is taking down me to the timeout path only.
- I don't see my interaction activity of email open is not stitched with my profile, but email send does. Though the ajo email tracking datasets are profile enabled.
- Also, am testing the reaction event in test mode, does it works only in live mode of a journey?
- I have a case scenario after a wait period of 7 days, the email open activity should get checked -and then the email 2 should send, - otherwise the profiles should get the non-open email.
So if this is something can't be achievable with reaction event. what other options do i have?
