URL Query String Parameter is not getting value

I'm trying to get the s_cid value on the url, but my global page load rule always return the default value.

In the past we've always used custom scripts with s.getQueryParam("s_cid"); but now with Launch offering this feature, I would like use built in feature. I'm getting all the other values that I set in the same global page load rules.

Can you help me? Do I need any additional plugin?

You might want to try changing the Storage Duration from None to Pageview ?
