Not able to Save Extension

I am not able to "Save" extension in Launch Tool. I can see only view "Close" button for all extension and not able to update.

Please let me know I have access issue.

It sounds like your organization administrator needs to give you the "Manage Extensions" right in the Admin Console. This may need to be done for the specific property that you are trying to work in.
