Workflow not working with the form

I followed every step of delegating workflow to the form I created. There are two queries.

First one being, the workflow Submit button is not working properly.(Not subject to workflow)).

Secondly, on receiving message in inbox,when I click on the Step1 ,it is not opening the form 1,rather opens the Product of the day page, which is the page where i should see the submitted values of the form.

Can you please share which URL (arctle/blog/documentation) you refereed for delegating workflow to the form ?

Please share that here so that we can understand the problem and know how to reproduce it.
