Why the folder upload progress bar and Error popup dialogs are not working as expected in AEM6.2 Touch UI.

Am trying to upload the folder from local system to AEM local instance at the below path.

http://localhost:4502/assets.html/content/dam/geometrixx-outdoors/activities/snowboarding

and it gives me a popup error after confirmation at the first popup dialog.

Can you upload one image at a time. Also - are you seeing any errors in the log. I just uploaded assets to this location without issue.

Am trying to drag and drop folder which has only one file inside it.

OK - i created a folder via the button and then uploaded the files. I will try dragging.

I am not able to drag folders either. The best way is to click Create. Folder. THen go into the Folder and click Create, File and browse to the file(s). If you really want that DnD working - please open a support ticket.
