What packages are needed to extract JSON from content fragment.

I'm trying to fetch JSON data of a content fragment using model.json as illustrated in the video in this link (Adobe Experience Manager Help | Using Content Fragments and Content Services in AEM) but i'm unable to fetch complete data in json. could someone tell me when what all packages are needed to install?

I'm using AEM 6.3 and tried installing following packages.

• Service pack 6.3.1.0
• cq-6.3.0-featurepack-19008

Whats you use case - a content fragment is typically dropped onto am AEM page so its displayed in a web page.
