We have purchased AEM cloud service for a considerable amount, but the documentation seem to have no information about CDN, other than there is one.
Could anyone who already has AEM cloud version, tell us:
- Which CDN provider they use, e.g. Cloudflare, Akamai
- If we can access the CDN control panel to block specific countries
- If we can access the control panel to white list/blacklist Ips.
- If we cant access the control panel, If we can request Adobe block specific countries for us, and, if so, what is the process and how long does it take?
- If the provided CDN includes, without additional cost, bot protection products such as Cloudflare bot manager or Akamai bot manager.
- If the CDN is cloudflare, if we can add on cloudflare marketplace products such as DataDome.
- Do we have the ability to flush the CDN caches ourselves.
- Can we set cache timeouts for individual assets, and for categories of assets (e.g. by type or location)
- Is this info documented anywhere?
