VLT RCP - HTTPS

Hello,

I am trying to use vlt rcp to copy content from one AEM instance (6.2) to other (6.4) over the https protocol. Based on the response from the below thread, I've copied the cert file to java keystore.

FileVault over https for AEM 6.1

However, its not understanding the response and throwing the below error:

javax.jcr.RepositoryException: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Unrecognized SSL message, plaintext connection?

Its working fine if I use http protocol. How can we use the https protocol with vlt rcp?

Thanks.

Scott,

I configured/copied the certificates to keystore based on Joerg's response but still getting that error. Looks like an SSL issue.

There is no proper documentation for this issue.

Thanks.

I would recommend opening a support ticket for this use case. You can specify the docs do not over this use case.
