Hi,
Our client till now creates page templates in Indesign. Now they are implementing AEM and want to use Indesign files(.indd, .idml file types) as a page template in AEM. Thereafter, they want to use this page template to create pages in AEM by filling content.
Please let me know if it is possible to do so and if yes, how this can be achieved.
Kindly guide.
Cheers
Rajiv

This is not a common use case and there is not very much information on this. However - there is this older community article -- Using content from InDesign documents in CQ5.5

Hi
Adding some reference articles that could be useful for you:
Link:- https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/aem/6-1/administer/integration/catalog-producer.html
//
Catalog Producer leverages the integration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets with InDesign server to import InDesign templates and reuse them to generate product catalogs in AEM Assets.
Before creating catalogs, configure AEM Assets to integrate with InDesign server. In particular, configure the DAM Update Asset workflow specifically suited for integration with InDesign. In addition, configure a proxy worker for InDesign server. For details, see Integrating AEM Assets with InDesign Server.
