User synchronization in AEM 6.1

We are using user synchronization to sync users between publishers. Users are getting synced but when profile image is updated, it gets blocked in endpoint queue. Any configuration missed or any changes to do to enable profile image of users also to be allowed to sync along with users.

Not sure if this helps, but my experience is that user synchronization doesn't work in 6.1 and 6.2.

But the documentation says it is supported from AEM 6.1. Below is the link for the same.

Yes. It works, but looks like delete of a user doesnt sync, but its fixed in 6.3.
