Use-API in Create Page Wizard is not working ?

Hi Experts. How do I invoked the javacsript Use-API in the Create Page Wizard.

I am able to use it in the component's dialog similar which is described here -> HTL JavaScript Use-API

My purpose is to manipulate the input fields behaviour. I want the 1st input box text (onblur) to appear on the 2nd input box but with caps to lowercase and spaces replaced by hyphen. It's a similar behaviour when you add a folder in the assets.

Instead of using USE API, you should go for JS. Take a look at this example.
