Unable to select other bullet lists on a page in RTE in IE11 in TouchUI of AEM 6.1

If there are more than 1 bullet list in the Rich Text Area, when the user selects the second bullet point and then clicks on the bullet list icon to amend it, the cursor jumps to the start of the first bullet list and it is not possible to amend the additional bullet lists.

This only seems to be an issue in IE11 as I has tried this in Safari and Chrome and not been able to replicate this issue.

Can you please provide us with exact steps to reproduce it on IE11 ?

Also if it replicating on other instances as well, i would request you to please create a customer support ticket for this.  It could be bug.
