Unable to download Java SDK from Adobe Cloud

erics30421587 25-11-2019

As per [Adobe | Announcement] Oracle JDK support for AEM We are required to download the Java SE 11 SDK from the Adobe site rather than Oracle.

The link provided in the Announcement is https://forums.adobe.com/external-link.jspa?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.adobeaemcloud.com%2F but when I login with my Adobe ID I am unable to use any of the features of the site or access anything to download the Java files.

I receive a message saying "You will be receiving an email shortly from Adobe with a link to login with your Adobe ID credentials." but no email has appeared.

Am I missing something? IS there someone I can contact to provide access to the correct Java files for use with AEM?

Thanks

I tried to update my answer

Yes I tried Incognito mode with 2 different IDs with the same result.

I'll review the troubleshooting page and if that does not help then I'll raise a ticket

Thanks for your help!

Hmm then perhaps it's an issue with your Adobe ID?  or Browser caching.  Perhaps try Incognito Mode or different browsers.

Otherwise, you can raise a Daycare ticket if you have an immediate need for the files.

Thanks

But that results in a 404 Not Found. It goes to a "Sign in with your Adobe Id" screen for a second then straight to the 404 page.

The Not Found page looks to be the default 404 page
